Our client, a PRC based securities firm is seeking an IT professional to oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.  He/she will direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes

Responsibilities:-

• Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the teams including IT Infrastructure, operations and security.  Develop and train the teams, providing coaching and feedback to build strengths and address technology opportunities
• Architecture & design of the company’s Internal IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, security, virtualization, private and public cloud infrastructure
• Ensure all IT & communications systems are operating correctly with 7 x 24 operations
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
• Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and recommend technical solutions with cost-effective investment
• Produce detailed time line for each application release and implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status
• Build strong cross functional partnerships internally, and consistently share best practices
• Direct and prioritize the work load of subordinate personnel
• Participate on all hardware and software evaluations and maintain vendors contracts
• Develop and maintain a high performance culture within the team and consistently refine priorities as needed, and assess progress toward goals, objectives
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset, streamline processes, leverage synergies, and maximize resource utilization
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel

Requirements:-

• Master/ Bachelor’s degree required in computer science preferred
• At least 8 years proven IT leadership experience with  managing multiple team members in banking or finance industry
• Require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking skills & problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the business and externally
