Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide daily IT helpdesk and user support
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software
- Solve Internet, LAN & email connectivity problems
- Provide any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE / Certificate / Diploma in Computer science / Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- At least 1 year working experience in PC / Printer installation and maintenance support
- Good customer service skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- HK Permanent Resident is required
