Job description:

• Report directly to the CEO and oversee all aspects of business and be responsible for the P&L of the Company
• Implement business and marketing strategies to achieve Company’s objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with business partners, develop distribution channels
• Actively participate in sales process, motivate and guide sales team to deliver quality services
• Monitor operational functions and cultivate team spirits
• Ensure all business activities comply with insurance laws and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Experiences in PIBA/CIB corporate license application preferred

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Qualified Insurance Practitioner. CE License holder is a must
• At least 10 years of experience in Insurance industry of which 5 years in managerial level
• Good business acumen, market trend, laws and regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Presentable, excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
