Job Description
Our client, a well-known Insurance Company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.
Responsibilities
- Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs
- Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call center / customer service environment.
- Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
- Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
