Job Description
Our Offer:

- Working Hour: 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm (1 Hour lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries regarding all activities in insurance process such as general enquires, policy admin and claims
- Report problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
Requirement:
- Degree in any discipline; HKDSE are also welcome
- Hands-on experience in customer service
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
- Fresh Graduated are also welcome
