Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic professional to join our team as Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' enquiries and feedback
- Maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- HKDSE, F.5 or above with call centre experience, knowledge of general insurance products is a plus
- Confident, customer-oriented
- Able to work shift duties
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
