Job Duties:

-        Assist the manager to handle various types of cargo claims

Job Requirements:

-        Degree holder or tertiary graduate with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines

-        At least 3 years’ working experience in handling claims

-        Knowledge of law and marine insurance regulations

-        Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

-        Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

-        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-        Proficient in MS Office applications
