Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative assistance on all classes of Insurance/Reinsurance claims
• Examine claims documents and call for additional information and documents as require and liase with insurers for recovery of claims
• Maintain claim files, computer records and undertake periodical reviews.
• Preparation of various reports under team leader's supervision
• Liaise with the Accounting team regarding invoicing, settlement and reconciliation
• Be responsible for other duties as assigned by the team leader & the MD

Requirements:

• Form 7 (or equivalent qualification) or above
• 2 years working experience with good organizational skill, meticulous and able to work independently
• Knowledge in insurance/ reinsurance claims will be an added advantage
• Highly motivated, fast learner with "can-do" attitude
• Good written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin
• Working experience in Excel is preferable
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
