Our client, is a leading international financial services group providing forward-thinking solutions to help people with their big financial decisions is seeking for a Business Specialist to support their OFP Project & Change Management department.

Job Description

• Collect, analyze, translate business requirements in proper documentation and provide recommendations to achieve objectives
• Act as a key member and facilitator in project team with Agile methodology
• Communicate with users, IT or TCoE for new Product launched
• Identify and assist in re-engineering, improvement or replacement of business processes and associated technology
• Take ownership of project issues, monitor the progress, planning and engage the appropriate resources to reach solution
• Manage and overview the testing activities; user acceptance tests to ensure enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications and in good quality delivery
• Ensure system deliverables are in good quality and expected result
• Identify possible deviations of project schedule and formulate solutions for contingency

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or with equivalent professional qualification/working experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of life Product & Operations
• Excellent leadership qualities, project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-driven, target oriented, multiple tasking and flexible with working hours
• Good team player, open-minded and keen to learn
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar of using SQL script and MS Office including MS Visio
• Knowledge of BluePrint, JIRA, HP ALM is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Specialist
