Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the team
- Prepare business reports, correspondence and presentation materials
- Assist in arranging recruitment interviews and clients’ appointments
- Monitor the progress of various projects and deadlines
- Handle enquiries and requests and external communications when appropriate
Requirements:
- School Cert. or above standard with formal secretarial training is preferable
- 1-2 years of Personal Assistant experience is advantage
- Good telephone manner is a must
- Independent and be able to perform well with minimum supervision
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well versed in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
