Responsibilities:

• Daily processing of marine insurance documentation
• System entry of marine insurance data, certificates, endorsements and other documentation
• Handling phone enquires from Shipowners / Shipmanagers / Insurers / Clubs / Surveyors
• Assess and discuss vessel survey reports with clients and insurers
• Any other duties assigned by department manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• MUST be native Putonghua and fluent English
• Knowledge of marine insurance / shipping industry work experience is preferred
• Proficient in PC operation and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal skills, willing to be a good team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work overtime and/or under pressure during peak seasons
• Immediately available preferred
