Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the team
  • Prepare business reports, correspondence and presentation materials 
  • Assist in arranging recruitment interviews and clients’ appointments
  • Monitor the progress of various projects and deadlines
  • Handle enquiries and requests and external communications when appropriate

Requirements:

  • School Cert. or above standard with formal secretarial training is preferable 
  • 1-2 years of Personal Assistant experience is advantage
  • Good telephone manner is a must
  • Independent and be able to perform well with minimum supervision
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
