Responsibilities

• Providing support to Manager in daily client queries, claims and securing renewals for existing clients
• Handling insurance policy issuing, underwriting, claims service and related documentations
• Liaising and coordinating with clients, insurers, third party service providers on preparing debit notes, obtaining quotations, claims etc.
• Supporting policy maintenance, premium reconciliation and managing customer relationship management system

Skills & Requirements

• Pass in IIQE Licensing Examinations. Holder of ACII or ANZIIF Senior Associate is a plus.
• Secondary education or above
• A good knowledge of various general insurance products and strong common sense
• A client-first mindset to deliver excellent customer service
• Great attention to detail and accuracy of data input
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
