Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Assesses Claims filed under general insurance policies;
-
Registers new claims;
-
Handles incoming mails;
-
Liaises with Finance Department for the issuance of settlement cheques;
-
Dispatches and posts cheques;
-
Files and records claims’ documents.

Answers enquiries and questions on claims from clients and agent
Job Requirements:
-
Form 5 or above;
-
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
-
With basic insurance knowledge;
-
Good inter-personal skills;
-
Self-initiative and willing to learn;
-
Good spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
