Job Description:

• Revenue booking transaction by business teams
• Handle all AR/AP transactions of clients and brokers/ underwriters and its related reconciliations
• Prepare aging reports
• Prepare collection statements
• Arrange settlements after reconciliation
• Liaise with internal departments or external parties to resolve customer enquiries or overdue accounts
• Process and support claims and expense payments

Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in credit control, preferably in insurance industry or related
• Experience with using an accounting system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, well-organized and be a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferable
