The Roles:

Handling claims and claims data to provide first class professional claims services to our corporate clients on a global scale

• Providing support to Account Managers in the management of claims for clients, including some with operations on a global scale
• All classes of commercial lines insurance (EC, PDBI, PAR, Motor, PPL, Marine Cargo, CAR, Professional Lines)
• Handling claims data to enable accurate data analysis
• Preparing reports and presentations for renewal, meetings and other forums
• Handling claims on day-to-day level requiring liaising and coordinating with client, insurers and third party services providers such as loss adjusters, rehabilitation managers and lawyers and our network offices in different countries
• Providing some service and advice to internal business units and clients at appropriate level

Our Requirements:

• Post-secondary education
• IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) preferred
• Fresh graduate up to three years’ claims handling experience in insurance
• Team work is essential whilst being proactive and working independently
• Ability to understand and manage large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
• Must be able to work with data and present information in clear manner
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint
