Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing policy documentation support for all lines of businesses, including data entry, administrative duties and ad-hoc support to the team.
• Maintain policy processing work with quality including new policies issuance, endorsements, premium payment, renewals and reinsurance arrangements.
• Assist in reviewing procedures and process improvement.
• Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team.
• Maintain data in relevant computer systems and other databases.
• Support the quality audit control process.
• Report system defects to the team lead.
• Complete other administrative duties, e.g., handling mails, etc. and assist in assigned projects as required.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance industry with experience in General Insurance.
• Experience in similar administrative and policy processing activities is preferred.
• Good administrative mind-set with a team-player attitude.
• Customer-oriented, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
