Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Lead both the onshore and offshore finance operation teams
- Manage accounts receivable aging analysis for instant credit controls
- Support various business operational activities/projects such as system enhancement
- Oversee cash management function
- Build strong relationships with business units for process collaboration
- Monitor processes and procedures and suggest process improvement and technological enhancements
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in accounting and finance or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant with 8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Exposure in Insurance industry is a definite advantage
- Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Team player, self-motivated and attentive to details and accuracy
- Good leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
