Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate business development related activities including sales and recruitment (i.e. COP, product seminar, customer gathering etc.) for agency force to achieve company target in both production and manpower.
• Communicate with agents and leaders on company policies, updated sales & promotion information, production progress.
• Provide agents and leaders administration assistance in regards to licensing, training, special case appeal etc.
• Develop and maintain relationship with agents and leaders to obtain good co-operation from agency force for company’s strategy implementation.
• Assist agency leaders to develop new agents by providing coaching/mentoring/training through activities like one-on-one review, joint-field-work etc.
• Ensure a smooth and satisfactory coordination between the agency force and internal departments for delivery of quality services.
• Implement effective performance management with junior leaders through activities such as one-on-one review, regular team meeting etc.
• Ensure the regular practice of activity management in agency force on daily basis.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• With at least 10 years work experience in corporate in sales & marketing areas.
• With excellent oral & written communication skills, and exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, creative and ambitious.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
