Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full cycle of end-to-end recruitment on recruitment cycle
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment service to the clients from understanding client’s requirements, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, to presentation to client and job offer negotiation
- Conduct first-level candidate search and selection activities to execute job orders in Hong Kong. Activities include job and organisation analysis, database search, media, social networking site coverage, phone/face-to-face interview, proposal write-up, offer closing, etc.
- Organize interviews and coach candidates on interview skills
- Identify and approach suitable candidates for vacancies in hand
- Prepare and present candidate resume’s in a professional manner
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or High Diploma holder
- Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 1-5 years experience in customer service, call center, sales, IT consulting or software development environment is preferred but not a must
- Fresh university graduates will also be considered
- Confidence to work in a flexible and results-driven business environment
- Self-disciplined, detail-minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
