Responsibilities

• Arrange medical coverage and process medical claims according to claims guidelines
• Provide administrative support through correspondence handling
• Liaise with insurers, doctors and patients to gather information pertinent to a particular case
• Conduct case reviews/follow up if necessary
• Handle medical claims related issues and enquiries from agents, brokers and patients in a timely manner
• Deliver good customer experience to patient, doctor and other service providers
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, holder of Higher Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
• 3-5 years’ or above relevant experience in handling medical claims including Outpatient and Inpatient Claims
• Prior experience in assessing medical claims management will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Organized and self-motivated personality
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to learn, able to meet deadlines and good interpersonal skills

Candidates without relevant academic qualification, but with extensive work experience are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with more/less experience may be considered for a more senior/junior position.
