Duties

• Investigation, negotiation and assessment of losses and insurance claims.
• Site visits
• Report-writing and data entry to systems.

Requirements

• Forms 7 or above, Diploma holders is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in handling general insurance claims. Relevant working experience from loss adjusting, insurance/broker firms or law firms are preferable.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft, Excel and Chinese Word processing is a must.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Mature and able to work under pressure and work independently.
• Candidates with less experience on loss adjusting or fresh graduated will be considered for the position of Loss Adjuster Trainee.
• In-house training is provided for less experienced candidates and fresh graduated.
