工作職責:

• 確保店舖營運效率，包括員工和庫存管理，以達到公司銷售目標；
• 帶領和激勵員工達至個人及店舖KPI；
• 分析銷售數據，並建議提高銷售的方法；
• 定期向管理層匯報各店舖營運狀況及市場動向並提出策略；
• 與其他部門保持良好的溝通和合作。

 職位要求:

• 中五以上程度；
• 至少5年零售經驗，其中3年的經驗為管理級別；
• 有生果店/超級市場管理經驗者優先考慮；
• 優秀的分析能力，領導能力，溝通和人際交往能力。

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure retail shop operation efficiency, included but not limited to staff and stock management to achieve company goal and sales target;
• Lead and develop shop staff to achieve individual KPIs;
• Analyze sales data and initiate ways to maximize sales;
• Report to the management regularly on shop performance and competitors’ issues and propose strategies;
• Communicate and cooperate well with office teams.

 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 5 years experiences in retail industry, of which 3 years at supervisory level;
• Experience with fresh fruit shop management is a plus;
• Experience with supermarket management is a plus;
• Excellent analytical skills, leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
