Job Responsibilities:

Report directly to CEO

Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization

Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives

Perform and review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives

Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including but not limited to revenue and financial performance

Oversee different departments to review operating reports and resolve operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth

Occasional business trip

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business or equivalent in related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles preferably in healthcare related operations

Experience in Information Technology or Medical related background or experience is preferred

Experience in new system or system upgrade implementation is preferred

Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications are preferred

Strong business acumen and strong perseverance to achieve targets and results

Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to details, deadlines and budgets

Flexible and able to adapt to changes

Strong leadership with good coaching skills, communication skills as well as a good team-player

Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin 

Immediate available is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant general manager
