Main Duties

• Manage the line maintenance operation and ensure the provision of timely, effective and quality line maintenance services to customers
• Oversee the planning and deployment of manpower, tooling, equipment and work flows
• Ensure the line maintenance operation conforming with established and updated procedures and policies
• Enforce the updated safety and service requirements as specified by the customers, regulatory authorities and the Company from time to time
• Keep abreast of the obligations of Maintenance Organizations under the requirements specified by different regulatory authorities
• Act as a main contact for customer representatives for all operation related issues and give prompt replies / assistance to customers for critical maintenance problem
• Supervise and monitor the work performance of Duty Managers, Senior Engineers, Engineers and Supervisors
• Review and rewrite the internal work procedures of operations in order to ensure the smooth and effective operation for all levels of staff
• Investigate staff issues / accident / incidents in an objective position and provide constructive recommendation for senior management consideration
• Maintain and foster an environment of trust, respect and transparent communication among team members
• Co-work closely with Training and Development Department to ensure the training programs are align with operation needs and requirement
• Be a representative of the Company to attend meetings with customers / airlines / authorities

Requirements

• At least 12 years’ experience in aircraft line maintenance in which 5 years’ in management level
• HKAR66 license holder is of advantage
• Valid HK Driving License 1 and 2
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind with sound organization and presentation skills
• Pro-active and positive attitude
