A Management Trainee Program (MTP) has been established to offer successful candidates the opportunity to develop skills in different business functions throughout the Company.  Over a period of 2-year MTP, participants will develop both management and technical experience.  The program has been designed to develop talented young graduates to become professional managers and technical specialists.

The MTP provides opportunities for graduate of the MTP to:

• ŸExperience and have exposure to multiple business functions and projects including operations management, strategic development, sales and marketing, business development and problem solving.
• Gain exposure and experience to both Hong Kong and China markets and operations.
• Be coached and mentored by senior management.
• Be well positioned for career advancement in management.

We are looking to recruit ambitious individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
• Less than three years' working experience.
• Excellent written skills in English and Chinese, and verbally fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong self-motivation with a drive to achieve excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player.

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will receive training and perform duties in different departments such as Marketing Communications, China Affairs, Quality Assurance and Operations.
• Observe and work with experienced managers and staff to acquire knowledge of the business practices, methods, standards and procedures required for performance of various departmental duties.
• Collect and analyze market and customer information.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and execution of a successful business plan.
