Our client is a famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Supply Chain / Operations
• Responsible to supervise some team manager and manage the full spectrum of warehouse and transportation operations in compliance with KPI
• Implement the manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse operations
• Set-up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in efficiency
• Organize a systemic inventory control to support Company’s daily business
• Implement the warehouse and transportation planning and strategy to assort the Company’s future development
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the stock flow accuracy
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects
• Monitor the performance and cost effectiveness of contractors and 3PL partners, as well as fulfilling the Company’s service requirements 

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Logistics or business related disciplines with hands on warehouse operations and management experience with at least 5 year at managerial level
• Analytical and detail-minded
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Retail or FMCG exposure is definitely an advantage
