Responsibilities :

• Manage factory daily operations in close collaboration with production manager
• Manage office administration and coordinate support functions such as merchandising/shipping with production
• Implement lean management workflow, and continuously enhance teamwork and skills of all employees
• Work closely with HK headquarter and the supporting teams such as finance/merchandising/QA/shipping/purchasing
• Willing to be stationed in Vietnam 

Requirement :

• Matriculated or above, Professional certificate, Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Tertiary educated preferred
• At least 10 years of working experience in garment manufacturing field
• Preferable Senior Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production operations or equivalent
• 5-10 years solid garment factory management experience of a workforce of 1,000 or more  
• Experience in Knitted underwear garments is a definite advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• All round garment factory management experience or knowledge including: enhance factory efficiency, human resources & office administration, quality assurance, shipping/logistic know-how 
• Familiar with customs and shipping requirements of the US & EU market
• Familiar with lean production and management
• Organized, detailed-mind and able to work under pressure
