Responsibilities

Manage wedding planning meetings with clients

Develop sales skills and knowledge of wedding decoration services

Lead the team to generate new ideas (mainly for events) and cost planning for sales to attract business opportunities

Gather new / successful ideas and prepare trend report, to share competitive insights related to marketing strategies

Work closely with marketing operation team & Sales team to determine new campaign opportunities and to ensure execution of proposal is on the right track Attend business meeting for pitching projects, ensure high successful rate in pitching jobs

Requirements

HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Wedding planning or related disciplines

University graduate (with degree in advertising, marketing communication, digital, other or relevant disciplines)

Good English and interpersonal communication

Good PC / Mac Skill, especially excel, powerpoint

5 Years of event marketing / creative-agency experience, good knowledge on event / creative trend Experienced in leading and managing event / creative team Strong presentation and analysis skills Creative thinking, aggressive, responsive to change and able to work under tight deadlines
