Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Nursing Team (Nurses/ Health Care Assistant), patient services and service flows
- Provide leadership, guidance as well as oversee the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation
- Ensure the provision of quality service in alignment with the Centre's Mission, Core Values and service philosophies
- Establish and monitor the team budgets
- Lead the team to achieve the Centre's goal in terms of customer satisfaction level, customer loyalty and referral opportunities
- Coach and motivate Nursing Team to ensure consistency in performance, evaluate staff performance and provide regular training on health care, operation procedure issues
- Coach and mentor middle management to achieve financial and operational targets for the Centre, as well as guide them improve centre operations/ compliance
- Work closely with Senior Management Team to enhance the efficiency on patient service as well as operation flows
- Review and maintain inventory of all medication and supplies to ensure each areas are well stocked accordingly
- Build up and maintain good relationships with doctors, patients and business partners.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related discipline of which at least 10-years or above in management position.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of valid practicing certificate
- Familiar with Medical Centre operations
- Possess strong leadership qualities, able to effective sustain multiple and simultaneous tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle issues, systematic and methodical in introducing changes
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Knowledgeable of using Medex will be an advantage
