Job Description
- Tertiary education ideally in related disciplines
- At least 20 years solid experience in electronic products, tooling and plastic injection
- Very good quality thinking and working efficiency
- Good in manufacturing factory with management level
- Good in lean management and cost control
- Experience in US/European companies a plus
- Working hard and independently, good communication and leadership skill
- Self initiative, responsible, highly analytical and with a heart of continue improvement
- Ensuring daily smooth operation of the Dongguan factory and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- P&L responsibility as the ultimate goal
- Business level English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Station in China (Dongguan)
