Responsibilities

• To assist with drafting and reviewing of legal documents;
• Liaise with external parties on finance /corporate matters;
• To perform general duties of a Company Secretary and legal documents management system in our Group
• Handle filing, data entries, translation work and general administrative duties
• Carry out Legal Research

Requirements

• Holder of Degree in Legal Studies or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience in in-house Legal Department or in professional legal firms in Hong Kong
• Experience in China market is advantageous
• Sound knowledge in corporate matters
• Independent, well organized, as well as a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Good command in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Manager
