Executive Project Manager 

With direct reference to Owner and Executive Chairman and with the potential to become a Commercial Director

We offer manufacturing services and design solutions to a wide range of international brands, such as Adidas, Samsonite, Wilson and the Home Depot and a strong portfolio of licensed and own brands like LEGO, Catarpillar, Hard Rock and Ellehammer.

Our Global Innovation and Design Center is located in Hong Kong and our Global Development and Supply Chain Center is located in Ping Di in Shenzhen from here we are in daily contact with our colleagues and customers all over the world and our extensive network of factories across China and South-East Asia.    

YOUR ROLE 

The Executive Chairman and owner of our group is a dynamic and high-paced entrepreneur. 

He is now looking for and ambitious Executive Project Manager with an international mindset and who is ready to take the next step in the career, fast thinking and acting with natural skills in project planning, numbers and follow up to solve a wide range of important commercial projects and tasks.

As Executive Project Manager with direct report to the Executive Chairman, you will manage both his and your calendar and co-ordinate and participate in meetings both in Hong Kong and abroad. After each meeting or trip you are responsible to follow up on outstanding issues or agreements.

YOUR CHARACTER & COMPETENCES 

• Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, preferably with an MBA
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a internal or external consultant or project manager 
• Excellent in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Super user in PowerPoint, Excel and preferably other communication platforms
