YOUR ROLE
As Procurement Planner, you are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery to warehouses and/or Customers for products related to the Asian sales regions defined such as Distributors Asia, China Mainland, E-commerce and HK in line with inventory policies, customer satisfaction defined by the Company.
You are responsible for integrating and maintaining gross requirements and define net purchase orders requisitions based on Forecast received by sales, co-ordinating on time purchase orders authorization for the activity in line with defined process and with the level of inventory defined by the Management.
You are responsible for processing final purchase order for the scope of activity (Asia distributors, China mainland, HK, E-commerce activity), following up of processed orders, communication of the delivery commitments and details of shipping information to the Sales groups.
You are responsible for controlling the timely and smooth arrivals of the products into the warehouse, managing inventory as far as rotation is concerned (adequate replenishment and information to the sales organization.
YOUR CHARACTER & COMPETENCES
- Trilingual - English/Cantonese/Mandarin
- Behavioural skills – Focus on details
- Good priority setting skills
- Good listener and good “observer”
- Proactive and open attitude towards changes
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach and customer oriented
- University graduate
- Minimum 5years of working experience in a similar role
- Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
