Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the daily operations & management of a large commercial complex
• Responsible for leading the property management teams to provide a full range of services at the highest standards

Requirements:-

• Degree / MBA Holder of Real Estate / Housing Management / Property Management or equivalent
• Professional Qualification with MHKIH / MCIH / RPHM
• Min. 10 years experience in property management which at a senior managerial level
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance & good knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Ordinance
• Good command of spoken & written in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
