Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the doctors such as typing, message receiving, filing and other related works.
• Maintain & follow up medical reports and correspondence
• Liaison with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth business operation

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant discipline
• Degree Holder in medical / nursing training is preferred (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Experience in medical field is an advantage
• Patient, strong analytical mind, details oriented, well organised and hardworking
• High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
