Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team members on process and program development in terms of standardization and version control
• Analyze the existing processes, as input to construct new tools and reports to increase work efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and develop a team for customer service, regional order management, direct shipment
• Control and oversee the team budget and expenses management, reporting and analysis as well as tariff quota control and compliance.
• Analyze the existing processes, as input to construct new tools and reports to increase work efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify the opportunities, initiate and lead the project for process re-engineering, optimization and system integration
• Prepare training materials and user instructions for the newly built process, tools and reports;

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years in supervisory level
• Degree holder in International Trading, Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or other related subjects
• Proficiency in SAP / MS office / Excel (VBA)
• Excellent in speaking and written English and Chinese
