Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that processes needed for the management systems, including Quality, Environmental Health Safety and Security, are established, implemented and maintained
  • Report to top management on the performance of various management systems, including the needs for improvement
  • Oversee and develop quality assurance programs for distribution centers in accordance with ISO9001 requirement and other standards imposed by clients. 
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout DKSH Logistics Division
  • Communication with clients’ representatives and as a contact point with various government departments
  • Develop various training programs, and deliver or arrange training to related staffs
  • Ensure the WDL operations complied with related regulations
  • Manage the quality control function of the packaging operation and meet customer’s requirements
  • Coordinate handling of customer audit; complaints and monitor the status
  • Liaise with operations to correct deviations or non-conformities, and facilitate preventive actions or improvements
  • Plan, conduct and monitor internal audits for all management systems, such as ISO 9001 and TAPA
  • Conduct supplier audits
  • Conduct safety inspection, safety committee meeting and risk assessments
  • Recommend best practices on quality, EHS, security for continuous improvement and risk management purposes
  • Provide supports for the preparation to corporate CSR report
  • Liaise with external maintenance contractors on maintenance schedules, performance standards and monitor their performance in compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in related qualifications/field
  • 10 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, with experience on repacking processes, and with minimum 3 years of Quality Representative experience and completed ISO 9001 lead auditor course
  • Strong understanding of international system standards and relevant legislation issues, including but not limited to, ISO 13485, 14001, 22000, 45001, 5S, GMP, GDP, TAPA and GRI
  • Relevant Professional qualifications, such as RSO, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt and CQM/QE, are preferred
  • Good understanding on the “Cole of Practice for Holder of Wholesale Dealer License” and the latest version of “Dangerous Goods Ordinance”
  • Practice experience in reviewing and writing operations manuals, standard operating procedures, work instructions and workflows based on the operations, clients and regulatory requirements
  • Records in implementation of accreditation of new certification schemes
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Demonstrate fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
