Job Description
With over 12,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer with production bases in China and overseas countries, and now looking for Manager – QA & Compliance (Overseas) to join the group.
Job Description
- Require to lead QA and Compliance Teams to conduct quality assurance and factory compliance work
- Maintain and review QA and compliance policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Effectively prepare and manage internal and external audits and drive timely follow-up on corrective action plan to all findings
- Maintain and implement quality system to ensure members aware of quality requirements
- Involve in all quality related documentation and records
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Quality Management, Clothing &Textile, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance/factory compliance and with about 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
- Organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Solid experience in handling ISO documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Station overseas
