Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts
• Responsible for accounting functions of various companies operating in HK (including payments, receipts, financial reporting & analysis, payroll control, tax computation and related matters)
• Monitor daily accounting functions, assist in credit control and collection
• Assist in group cash management and intercompany transactions reconciliation
• Monitor daily accounting systems and internal control procedures for PRC office
• Review regulatory guidance notes and ensure compliance with group and regulatory requirements
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by Senior Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Financial Management and member of a recognized professional accounting body
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience for handling full set of accounts
• Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations are essential
• High proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point, familiar with MYOB system is preferred, but not essential
• Self-driven, strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and people management skills
• Good command of spoken and written skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
