Responsibilities: 

• Lead a merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities
• Oversees daily operations of product development and bulk production
• Develop new business and enhance sourcing base

Requirements:

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline
• Over 10 years' relevant experience in garment trading firm
• Exp in supervise, monitor and train a team of merchandiser from development, costing, sampling and production follow up
• Good technical knowledge
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Familiar with computer such as MS office application
