Job Description
Responsibilities
- At least 8 years' experience in woven and cut and sewn knit garment production
- Solid experience on set up a factory from beginning to bulk production
- Expertise in both woven and knit garment manufacturing experience
- Strong in production management, leadership, production planning, communication and execution power
- Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and master of Indonesian language would be advantage
- Proactive and good interpersonal skill
- Stationed in Semarang of Indonesia
- Immediately available is preferred
Requirements
- Monitor the operation of a woven and cut and sewn knit garment factory
- Manage and motivate the production team
- Follow-up orders from sampling to garment delivery
- Improve the production efficiency
- Coordination with Hong Kong Office and Indonesia factory.
