Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in woven pants and jacket and cut and sewn knit garment production

- Proactive and good interpersonal skill

- Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skill

- Stationed in China

- Able to adapt in a challenging environment

- Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities

- Monitor the operation of a woven garment factory

- Manage and motivate the production team

- Follow-up orders from sampling to garment delivery

- Improve the production efficiency

- Provide technical guidance and training to supervisors and workers
