Essential duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing all aspects of products being sourced and the actual production of those products to insure best pricing, quality, construction and timeliness;
• Coordinate with factories to ensure on-time delivery;
• Stay in daily contact with factories to manage work-in-progress report in real time;
• Responsible for resolution of production issues along with QA.  Partner /communicate with managers for resolution;
• Follow up the orders throughout development and production process;

Qualifications :

• Diploma holder in Fashion & Textile or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 6 years’ or above merchandising experience;
• Good product knowledge of cold weather items such as gloves, scarf, poncho, socks and hats;
• Hands on experience in knit and sweater apparel items will also be considered;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
