Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in costing, product development and mass production follow up
• Lead the team to provide full satisfaction to customers with systematic follow up on each stage of production and executive of order on time
• Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factory and technical team to ensure quality on garments delivered
• Cultivate customer intimacy with production at different levels. Work on cost and margin analysis to achieve budgeted margin
• Manage raw material planning with launch mills, suppliers and major components 
• Maintain and update production records, system data
• Assist in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma graduated in Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines with 8 years above merchandising experience in garment industry
• Knowledgeable of handling brand customers 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge in MS Office operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative and positive mindset
