Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, product development, price negotiation
• Plan and implement sourcing strategy and maintain supplier database system
• Work closely with R & D team in identifying qualified vendors of raw materials and products, and ensure quality, competitiveness, on-time production and delivery
• Source qualified and competitive subcontractors for CM products (modules and/or finished goods)
• Supervise, train and engage sourcing team in carrying out daily operations and executing sourcing plans, strategies, and supplier management
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Purchase Manager

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Procurement or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of sourcing experience in toy industry, with good knowledge and skills in product development, costing, and sourcing of vendor
• A minimum of 3 years at supervisory level
• Solid knowledge in quality control and skills in vendor management
• Strong skills in negotiation, data consolidation & analysis, presentation, multi-tasking, and problem solving
• Solid experience in action figures, pre-school, and electronic toy categories are favorable advantages
• Team player and a good motivator to boost up team efficiency
• Strong leadership, analytical mind, energetic, and detail-minded
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• Knowledge and experience with ERP system
• Based in China factory and willing to travel
