Purchasing Manager – Dongguan, China

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing activities (purchase order process, RFQ, sourcing, supplier quality issues and delivery)
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, handle accounts independently
• Maintain good relationship with vendors
• Monitor, measure and review supplier performance
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Assure the development of existing/new components strategies for Material Cost Reduction

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in sourcing and purchasing
• Experience in procurement procedures formulation is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Speaking Languages: fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese
• Written Languages: Chinese and English
• Immediately available is preferred
