• Graduate in Textile, Engineering, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Apparel industries
• Solid experience in garment production planning / capacity analysis
• Knowledge in whole garment production & supply chain processes is a plus
• Working experience in international retailer or buying office is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical & strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application including MS Work, Excel and PowerPoint
