Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise events and activities;
• Develop promotional plan and prepare promotional materials; 
• Promote corporate events and activities;
• Responsible for design related tasks including graphic design and production;
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to industry partners;
• Prepare project proposals and reports, data analysis and project presentation;
• Undertake project administration and documentation support;
• Coordinate with project team, including clients and external consultants.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant fields;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Energetic and proactive with good organizational and time management skills;
• Able to work independently, in a team with initiatives, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadline;
• Possess strong problem solving, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills;
• Travel to PRC / overseas is required;
• Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML is an advantage;
• Less experience will be considered as Project Assistant;
• Immediate available

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Remuneration package will be highly competitive.  The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
