Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor the quality assurance system according to Food Safety Management System
2. Assist in identify and assess the control plan of food safety
3. Monitor the hygiene status and 5S maintenance of factory site
4. Investigate and follow up food safety complaints and suggest corrective actions
5. Responsible for reviewing technical and quality documents
6. Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with corporate standard
7. Assist in new product development (R&D)

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Food Safety, Food Science, Food Technology or relevant discipline.
2. Knowledge on Fssc ISO 22000 and HACCP is an advantage.
3. At least 3 years relevant experience with 1 year in supervisory level.
4. Proactive with good communication and influencing skill, problem solving skills and mature.
5. Good command of English and Mandarin.
